1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zbaji.io ("zbaji", "the platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on zbaji, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of zbaji regardless of how they access the platform — whether through the website at zbaji.io, through the zbaji Android app, or through any other access method. If you are using zbaji on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they also meet all eligibility requirements.

zbaji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of zbaji after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and use zbaji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zbaji is strictly an adult platform and does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts on zbaji.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from zbaji or from gambling platforms generally under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.
• You must not be a current employee of zbaji or an immediate family member of a zbaji employee.
• You must not be accessing zbaji from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

zbaji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To use zbaji, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to provide your real name, a valid email address, a working phone number, and your date of birth. You must not use false information, a pseudonym, or another person's details when registering.

Each person is permitted to hold one zbaji account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, zbaji will close all but the original account and void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your zbaji account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and logging out of your account when using a shared device. zbaji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact zbaji support immediately at [email protected]. zbaji will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account while the investigation is ongoing.

• Account information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• zbaji may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on zbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversions, no foreign exchange fees, and no hidden charges applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account. The amount you withdraw is the amount sent to your payment method.

zbaji supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly and credited to your zbaji account immediately upon confirmation. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 3 minutes for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals or withdrawals during periods of high volume may take longer. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

zbaji does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside zbaji's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to deposit on the same account.
• zbaji may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
• zbaji reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been used for betting.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

zbaji offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. The specific terms for each bonus will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet a total of 20 times before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated timeframe — typically 7 to 30 days.
• zbaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• zbaji's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final.

If you do not wish to receive a bonus, you may decline it at the time it is offered or contact support to have it removed from your account before you begin wagering. Once you have started wagering with a bonus, it cannot be removed.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on zbaji are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. zbaji is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Bets placed on zbaji are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, zbaji reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the players' accounts.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• zbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical fault.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final subject to the applicable game rules.
• zbaji is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• All game outcomes on zbaji are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures, as applicable.

7. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

zbaji operates a strict fair play policy. Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, or any other activity that gives a player an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. zbaji uses monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and suspicious account activity.

Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or any other method of exploiting zbaji's promotional offers — is considered fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including any winnings.

• zbaji reserves the right to void any bet or transaction suspected of being fraudulent.
• Accounts involved in fraud will be permanently closed without prior notice.
• zbaji cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in fraud investigations.
• Any funds identified as proceeds of fraud will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

zbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to make money or escape problems. zbaji provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

These tools are available directly from your account settings and can be activated at any time. Deposit limits and self-exclusion take effect immediately once set. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated. If you choose to self-exclude from zbaji, you will not be permitted to reopen your account for the duration of the exclusion period.

• zbaji is an 18+ platform — underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated.
• If you are concerned about your gambling, please use the responsible gaming tools in your account settings.
• zbaji may apply limits to your account if problem gambling behaviour is identified, without prior notice.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

zbaji collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on zbaji, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zbaji uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. zbaji does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

• You have the right to request access to the personal data zbaji holds about you.
• You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• zbaji may be required to share your data with regulatory or law enforcement authorities if required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on zbaji.io — including but not limited to the zbaji logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of zbaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any zbaji content without prior written permission.

The games available on zbaji are provided under licence from third-party game providers. The intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective providers. zbaji grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

zbaji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While zbaji makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, zbaji does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zbaji will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunctions.

• zbaji is not liable for losses caused by your failure to comply with these Terms.
• zbaji is not liable for losses caused by third-party payment providers.
• zbaji is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or government actions.
• zbaji's total liability to you in any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

You may close your zbaji account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

zbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, if fraudulent activity is detected, if your account is involved in money laundering, or if zbaji is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, zbaji reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

• Accounts closed by zbaji due to a breach of Terms will not be reopened.
• Accounts closed voluntarily by the player may be reopened upon request, subject to zbaji's discretion.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

13. Changes to These Terms

zbaji reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. zbaji may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of zbaji after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using zbaji and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
